1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AUREON platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AUREON provides AI-powered trading analysis tools, simulation environments, and automated trading assistance. The Service includes but is not limited to: market analysis, trading signal generation, portfolio management tools, and educational content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

Certain features, particularly live trading, require identity verification. You agree to provide accurate identification documents and complete the KYC process as required.

5. Subscription and Billing

Free tier access is provided at no cost. Premium features require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5a. Promotional Phase and Variable Fees

AUREON is currently operating in a promotional phase during which no variable fees based on investor revenues are applied. The platform manager reserves the right, at their sole discretion and at any time in the future, to introduce variable fees calculated on investor revenues. Users will be notified in advance of any such changes through the platform and/or via email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You agree not to: use the Service for illegal purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access; use the Service to manipulate markets; share your account credentials; use automated tools to scrape the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AUREON and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

AUREON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy.
